Please bring a towel or mat with you. Refrain from eating 2 hours before sessions, wear comfortable, loose clothing and be prepared to practice in bare feet.

Drop-in sessions do not require pre-booking.

All students participate at their own risk.

If you suffer from a medical condition please consult your doctor before attending. Please also alert your teacher of any conditions before the start of each session.
